As Presiding Judge of the Probate and Mental Health Departments, Judge Klein conducted approximately 500 settlement conferences with a complete success rate of 95%. As a private mediator, he has handled hundreds of mediations and has achieved an even higher rate of success.. Judge Klein specializes in probate, estate, trust and elder law, and his nine year tenure as a probate judge provides him with the knowledge and understanding about how the probate court would handle or rule on any given issue.
Judge Klein is a member of the prestigious National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He has also been an Adjunct Professor of Law at ASU College of Law and is a regular presenter at conferences on the subject of alternative dispute resolution. He is admitted to practice in all of the State and Federal Courts of Arizona, the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
